Q. How many dogs do you walk at one time?
A. We are each insured to walk 6 dogs, although the group sizes will usually be much smaller than this.
Q. Will you let my dog off the lead?
A. We only let dogs off lead with the owners permission and only once they have passed our temperament and recall assessment.
Q. How long do the walks last?
A. Our group walks will be from 45 minutes to an hours walking - We don't include the time it takes to pick up the other dogs in that. Solo walks will be 30 minutes walking in the area local to your home.
Q. Will you walk any dog?
A. We accept all shapes and sizes and don't discriminate against any breed. All new dogs are subject to a suitability assessment and unsociable dogs will only be walked on a solo walk.
Q. Are walks available on weekends?
A. Weekend walks are available on request and depending on our availability. They will be charged at our 'out of hours' rate.
Q. How long do visits last?
A. There is no 'set time' for our visits. We will give your pets as much or as little attention as they like. On average though our visits generally last around 15 - 20 minutes.
Q. How many times do you visit?
A. Visits can be scheduled to suit you and your pet. We offer packages from 1 to 3 visits per day.
Q. What time do you visit?
A. We have 3 time blocks available daily. AM, Lunchtime and PM. Our lunchtime slots are generally in highest demand, therefore availability is sometimes limited.
Q. Can you administer pets medication?
A. Yes, we are trained and experienced in administering basic medication.
Q. Are you insured?
A. We have full insurance for all of the services we offer. We're also licensed by Stoke on Trent City Council, license number 328129/18.
Q. Is my key safe with you?
A. We hold full key holder insurance and your keys are locked away when not in use. Also, we both have a clear DBS (formerly CRB) check for your added peace of mind.
Q. Do you offer live in house sitting?
A. This is not a service we currently offer..
Q. Do I get to meet you before signing up?
A. Absolutely. All of our services come with a free meet and greet, which is compulsory before we start to care for your pet. .
